Federico is the Managing Director and founder of Cincotta International Advisory Firm, an international and reputable law firm and consultancy firm, with offices in London and Argentina. Federico has almost 20 years of legal work experience between London and Argentina.

Guillermo A. Grüning
Vice-Chairman
Guillermo is an Argentine qualified lawyer with broad experience concerning complex cross-border conflicts. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and then obtained an LL.M. in Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London.

Colin Maltby
Director
Colin is a lawyer and former banker with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in international investment structuring and corporate finance. He trained at Theodore Goddard and founded MCA, First Sentinel Advisory, and On Demand Lawyers. He has worked in-house at Coutts & Co. and UBS, and also advises clients in the creative industries.

Luciana Ricart
Director
Luciana is a Partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in London, specialising in public international law and investor-State arbitration. Dual-qualified in Argentina and England & Wales, she has represented States in ICSID, ICC, and UNCITRAL proceedings, as well as before the ICJ.

Mauro Pucheta

Mauro is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Kent where he researches labour and employment law from a comparative and a Global South perspective. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Nottingham (2019).

Diego is a Partner at Perez Mariviglia & Horton Abogados. Diego Horton earned his degree from the University of Buenos Aires and has expertise in Commercial Law, Family Law, and Medical Liability.

Peter Taylor
Honorary Vice-President
Peter is a Partner at Gibbons Taylor. Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1976 and started his career in the City of London. On his return to the UK, he continued to develop his practice in commercial, employment and private client work in London, before relocating to Hampshire in 1993, where he has continued to work on both regional and international matters.
